IT Manager (m/f/d)

Lead end-to-end IT financial operations for OPEX and CAPEX, owning budget planning, forecasting, spend reviews, and governance across the IT organization. Serve as a trusted Chief of Staff and OPEX leader to the Sr Director IT—translating priorities into execution plans, driving operational cadence, and communicating at executive level. Partner with Finance, Procurement, and employee relations to ensure compliance, audit readiness, and effective change management.
