Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise the client on commercial strategy, vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and bid leveling with final recommendations.
  • •Support contractor procurement, including attending and chairing bid interviews and managing appointment activities.
  • •Develop and review detailed estimates across construction, fees, direct works, and associated costs; present value engineering opportunities and risk assessments.
  • •Establish and maintain cost reporting processes (forecasting, budget tracking, variance analysis) and manage commercial risk registers for governance meetings.
  • •Oversee cost control activities including payment applications, change management, contractor entitlement recommendations, and support contract administration and dispute avoidance/resolution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or estimating within the construction industry.
  • •Experience supporting cost management on corporate real estate, commercial fit-out, or large-scale capital projects.
  • •Proven ability to operate in a client-facing, advisory capacity within a program or portfolio environment.
  • •Working toward or holding RICS (or similar) accreditation is an advantage.
