Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead business and product strategy, planning, and execution for the Dielectric Deposition service product segment/portfolio, including business ownership.
  • •Develop service product management activities such as value proposition, business sizing, product scorecards, and go-to-market strategy (including 7Ps).
  • •Create pricing models and strategy, financial plans, business case assessments, and analytics for the service product portfolio.
  • •Engage with customers and value chain partners to meet business expectations, including supporting commercial/contractual negotiations.
  • •Drive program and business outcomes across the product lifecycle (PDP and end-of-life support), coordinating cross-functionally across geographies and external partners.
Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 171,500 - 236,000

Key Requirements

  • •Higher degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 15+ years of industry experience.
  • •Depth and/or breadth in wafer fabrication equipment and dielectric deposition products/services operations and business.
  • •Strong understanding of service business principles and customer/market requirement development.
  • •Proven product leadership with product management and/or marketing/sales experience and strong program management acumen.
  • •High financial acumen with analytics/data-driven decision-making, plus strong communication for executive presentations.
