Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and advise operations management on safety, compliance, and sustainability programs, ensuring alignment with EH&S goals and proper project definition in EHS SMART.
  • •Monitor and execute strategies for EH&S initiatives to sustain compliance with local regulations, government standards, and RTX/Collins Aerospace requirements, including timely permit applications and agency correspondence.
  • •Coordinate incident investigations and facilitate implementation of lessons learned, including participation in serious injuries reviews as needed.
  • •Develop and execute long-term strategies to minimize occupational injuries and standardize/optimize EH&S tools, processes, and systems across the facility.
  • •Build relationships with site operational stakeholders and collaborate with Central EH&S teams and field service leads to align global policies with local standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years experience.
