Own product solutioning growth and adoption for Flex and Installments, shaping faster paths from idea to launch through programs and automation. Lead three pillars—new consumer experiences, growth and sales enablement, and regional partnership—while using AI-enabled tools and customer-obsessed, design-thinking methodologies to embed solutions globally.

•Lead conceptualization of new consumer experiences by shaping innovative product constructs with regional teams, Big Tech platforms, hypergrowth fintechs, and processors.
•Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to prototype, validate, and refine experience concepts with speed and customer-centric rigor.
•Translate market insights, partner feedback, and emerging trends into scalable product opportunities that drive growth and differentiation.
•Identify high-priority sales plays and create toolkits, pitch materials, and solution guides to enable consistent storytelling across regions.
•Establish feedback loops with field teams, refine enablement assets and product readiness, and embed AI into end-to-end solution prototyping and product implementations.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 5 years with an Advanced Degree (Master’s, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
•6+ years of experience in product management, technology product development, or a related field.
•Experience adapting to different product types (data, B2C, APIs).
•Experience leading and managing complex, cross-functional technical projects.
•Strong strategic thinking, analytical/problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
