Job Summary

Safely diagnose, adjust, and repair heavy plant equipment such as stone crushers, screens, and conveyors, using hoists, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment. Operate off-road haul trucks, water trucks, quarry trucks, and stock trucks while inspecting machinery to identify defects. Perform routine maintenance (lubrication, oil and filter changes, cleaning) and replace worn parts, verifying function through testing and calibration. Follow OSHA/MSHA safety rules and wear required PPE, with training provided across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

•Diagnose, dismantle, repair, and reassemble heavy plant components such as crushers, screens, and conveyors.

•Replace damaged or worn parts and verify proper function through testing and calibration.
