Customer Specialist (In Store) - Part-Time

Deliver a customer-first experience by guiding shoppers through the used car buying and selling journey, including sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications. Conduct vehicle condition and cosmetic inspections, manage inventory check-in and daily scanning/reconciliation, and handle key administrative paperwork and payment processes. Coordinate service appointments and review repair order invoices for accuracy while following CarMax EH&S requirements and maintaining a clean, orderly work area.
