Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning; analyze performance and provide recommendations to management.
  • •Prepare monthly management reports, KPIs, and variance analyses; support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and profitability analysis.
  • •Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements, including month/quarter/year-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • •Oversee lease accounting activities under IFRS 16, including review and assessment of sales lease contracts and accounting treatment.
  • •Lead accounts receivable and cash collection processes to improve working capital performance; support contract negotiations and margin optimization for project-based sales opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, and Cash Collection functions.
  • •Minimum 5 years of people management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing finance teams.
  • •Strong knowledge of IFRS, including IFRS 16 Lease Accounting.
  • •Extensive experience in financial controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, plus accounts receivable and working capital optimization.
  • •Professional finance qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred; strong analytical and financial modeling skills with excellent English communication.
