Senior Consultant/Project Manager Transaction & Investor Services (all genders)

Lead one or more project modules or drive projects within investor support and transaction services. Work directly with management-level clients and guide module teams to develop and implement tailored strategies and business models in an international environment. Contribute to acquisition approaches and strengthen capabilities across commercial due diligence, private equity value creation, PMI, and carve-out activities—acting with initiative and ownership from day one.
