Job Summary

Serve as a key member of the program execution team, ensuring conforming products and services by collaborating across the product life cycle. Assess technical risks and review change requests for technical impact. Support failure investigations and nonconformance reviews, plan corrective actions, and drive closed-loop root cause analysis. Ensure compliance with the Raytheon Quality Management System and Advanced Product Quality Planning aligned to AS9145, with alignment to AS9100, APQP, and other industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure successful program performance by enabling conforming products and services through effective collaboration and compliance with processes and procedures.
•Assess technical risks of non-conformance and review change requests for technical impact.
•Provide oversight for failure investigations and nonconformance reviews.
•Plan and coordinate technical assessments and corrective actions, implementing closed-loop process controls.
•Implement Advanced Product Quality Planning in accordance with AS9145 and drive continuous improvement while ensuring alignment to customer requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and/or Operations.
•Working experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
•Demonstrated experience providing quality technical expertise to support design/development and/or manufacturing results.
•Active and transferable Secret (or higher) U.S. government-issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
•U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
