Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate open sequence coverage for each crew base according to JCBA provisions and FAR 121 limitations.
  • •Assist the Manager on Duty with daily operational requirements and allocate open time to bases that can cover operations most efficiently.
  • •Supervise, lead, and guide a team of Crew Schedulers through performance conversations and coaching.
  • •Attend crew system meetings and provide feedback and direction for Flight Attendant scheduling; participate in regular meetings with APFA and Labor.
  • •Lead grievance and pay claim research and support development/revision of contractual materials and coverage report updates.
