Job Summary

Lead reporting, automation, and standardization initiatives that improve efficiency, data integrity, and financial decision-making. Serve as an Oracle Fusion reporting SME, developing and optimizing financial reports, governance, and controls while supporting Finance users. Own end-to-end projects from requirements through implementation and post-deployment support, and partner with Finance and Systems teams to implement process improvements and new technologies. Provide analytical support for month-end close, forecasting, and planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, enhance, and maintain the finance reporting portfolio by creating new reports and optimizing existing reports to improve accessibility, accuracy, and decision-making.
•Serve as the Oracle Fusion reporting and governance SME, ensuring data integrity, adherence to standards, effective controls, and ongoing Finance user support.
•Lead automation and standardization initiatives that reduce manual effort and promote consistent financial reporting and planning practices.
•Own reporting and automation enhancement projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, governance, and post-deployment support.
•Partner with Financial Systems Administration and stakeholders to evaluate, test, and implement tools and process improvements; provide analytical support for month-end close, forecasting, and planning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,600 - 119,400 annually

•Solid financial, analytical, and accounting skills.
•3+ years of experience in diverse financial analysis and accounting.
•Advanced computer skills including Excel and Hyperion.
•Strong organizational skills and detailed orientation.
