Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a member of the Global Executive Team, contributing to regional and enterprise strategy and decision-making, including board update responsibilities.
  • •Develop and deliver a region-specific strategic roadmap with revenue, market-share, product, and vertical growth targets; lead execution of initiatives.
  • •Maintain full P&L accountability, lead budget preparation, deliver profitability targets, and implement contingency plans for underperformance.
  • •Lead commercial, customer, and brand initiatives—customer/supplier relationships, product and pricing strategies, customer acquisition/retention, and external reputation management.
  • •Ensure compliance and governance by enforcing global/local policies, managing regulatory and reputational risks, and aligning ways of working with central/global teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Senior executive leadership experience in the industry.
  • •Proven track record in regional strategy development for multi-market environments.
  • •Strong budgeting, financial management, and full P&L accountability.
  • •Demonstrated ability to translate commercial strategy into measurable financial outcomes (revenue, margin, market share).
  • •Experience aligning operations and supply chain/service delivery to commercial objectives and partnering cross-functionally to meet customer needs and cost discipline.
