Job Summary

Oversee the stability and performance of the Instant Payment System across development, test, and production. Act as first line for issue analysis, triage incidents, perform root cause analysis using observability tools, logs, and reverse engineering when needed. Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, support release activities, collaborate with developers QA and infrastructure, and drive permanent fixes to improve reliability.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and monitor an Instant Payment System across development, test, and production environments.
•Act as a point of escalation for Production incidents, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
•Perform root cause analysis using observability tools and log analysis; reverse engineering when needed.
•Participate in on-call shifts (24/7) to ensure support for production-critical incidents.
•Support release preparation activities including PRs, branch prep, configuration management and validations with Dev and Infra teams.

Key Requirements

•Proven 5-8 years experience in supporting Payment or Financial systems
•Strong knowledge of application deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools
•Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, NewRelic) and log analysis
•Familiarity with databases (SQL/Oracle) and API-based integrations
•Experience with ITSM tools (JIRA, ServiceNow) for incident/change/problem management
