Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand multiple data sources (XML, relational, CSV, TXT, Excel) and feed into a data lake.
  • •Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define ingestion, movement, structures, and warehouse requirements and designs.
  • •Build and manage data extraction to move data between data lake and data warehouse, supporting incremental and full loads.
  • •Mentor the team on big data tools and technologies and apply best practices, including hands-on development.
  • •Tune solutions for performance and end-user experience, maintain configuration/change management, and ensure data accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience with relevant data technologies (minimum 3-5 years).
  • •Strong knowledge of SQL and hands-on big data and data pipeline tooling (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive, HBase, Impala).
  • •Experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery, including working in cloud computing environments.
  • •Proficiency in Python and software engineering practices (Git, CI/CD pipelines) plus orchestration (Airflow Composer).
  • •Bachelor/Master of Computer Application or an equivalent engineering/IT degree from an accredited university.
