Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead agentic architecture design, including multi-agent orchestration patterns, tool-use strategies, LLM grounding, and autonomous workflow design for S/4HANA processes.
  • •Own reference architectures for BTP extensions, integrating S/4HANA modules, SAP AI Core, SAP Integration Suite, and public cloud services.
  • •Drive customer engagements from use-case discovery and scoping through PoC delivery and production rollout as the primary technical authority.
  • •Establish engineering standards including guardrails, CI/CD practices, observability standards, and responsible AI guidelines.
  • •Mentor and grow the team through architecture reviews, raising technical quality, and supporting engineers in enterprise AI development complexity.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven capability in modern AI engineering and the SAP enterprise landscape, with experience driving technical architecture decisions for customer-facing delivery.
  • •Solid S/4HANA knowledge across at least two functional areas (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) including data flow and extension boundaries.
  • •Hands-on experience building production agentic systems, including multi-agent orchestration, LLM-backed workflows, RAG/GraphRAG, tool calling, Knowledge Graphs, and evaluation frameworks.
  • •Experience with SAP BTP components and extension patterns in production, including CAP, SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, Joule, and SAP Integration Suite, plus non-SAP integrations.
  • •Cloud-native depth with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, DevSecOps/MLOps, infrastructure as code, and observability; plus experience on at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
