Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the global Financial Services vertical strategy across Banking, Insurance, and Asset Management, shaping solutions for regulatory compliance, financial and sustainability reporting, governance and risk.
  • •Develop and execute quarterly, annual, and multi-year business plans aligned to corporate strategy, vertical opportunity, revenue goals, and customer success.
  • •Define and maintain a vertical-specific solution roadmap in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, aligned to customer needs and KPI performance.
  • •Act as the market-facing executive by engaging customers, partners, and advisory firms; build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and the Office of the CFO.
  • •Lead strategic co-selling and joint value initiatives with partners and drive FS vertical commercial success through collaboration with Sales and Customer Success, plus internal team leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Financial Services, with meaningful impact in recent management consulting, technology consulting, general manager, or similar roles in Enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • •Proven expertise across Banking, Insurance, and Asset Management, including working knowledge of global regulatory frameworks (e.g., SEC, EBA, ESMA, Basel III, Solvency II, CSRD).
  • •Track record building, leading, and executing go-to-market strategies for B2B enterprise technology within the Financial Services vertical.
  • •Demonstrated success collaborating with advisory and technology partners serving the Financial Services ecosystem and the Office of the CFO.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field.
