Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and maintain a customer’s ASTRO 25 Trunking LMR system as the primary technical point of contact at the customer facility.
  • •Perform daily maintenance and timely troubleshooting/repairs to minimize downtime.
  • •Manage subscriber unit lifecycle including programming, testing, issuing, and basic troubleshooting for mobile and portable radios.
  • •Program APX/XTS/XTL subscribers using Motorola CPS and Radio Management.
  • •Provide technical training and recommendations to end-users and stakeholders, and communicate complex technical concepts to customers and internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree OR 4+ years of experience with LMR, RF systems, radio communications, telecommunications, networking equipment, IP networking, ASTRO 25/P25, WAVE VoIP, or military experience.
  • •Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain required background and security clearance levels for U.S. federal government contracting.
  • •Must be able to complete a Standard Form 86 (SF-86) questionnaire and a Standard Form 89 questionnaire for national security purposes.
  • •Must possess or be able to obtain a CompTIA Security+ certification.
  • •Must have a current, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and be willing to reside within a 1-hour commute of the Brunswick, GA site.
