Job Summary

Analyze sales business processes and CRM systems to identify improvement opportunities and deliver end-to-end projects that unlock the sales team’s goals. Partner with RevOps, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to turn deal friction into durable workflows, automation, and a faster, more confident quoting experience. Own Salesforce configuration and governed change management (Flows, objects, validation rules, security controls), driving testing, documentation, and ongoing support in an in-office, Agile environment.

•Analyze business processes and sales systems to identify improvement opportunities and drive solutions end to end.
•Lead Salesforce configuration changes through a governed change management process, including Flows, custom objects, validation rules, and security controls.
•Partner with RevOps, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to turn deal friction into durable workflows and automation.
•Collaborate with senior admins and developers to configure solutions across core CRM data models (Accounts, Opportunities, lead-to-opportunity processes).
•Support day-to-day system questions, unblock workflows, and ensure thorough testing, documentation, and clear communication for system changes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Be Salesforce Admin certified.
•7+ years of experience as a Sales Business Systems Analyst and/or providing Salesforce support.
•Experience with a CPQ implementation and deep knowledge of quote-to-cash and related sales processes.
•Strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud best practices, including building Flows, validation rules, and reports.
•Ability to map processes, translate needs into user stories, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders in Agile environments.
