Job Summary

Own the deal-by-deal economic frame and commercial recommendation for Snowflake’s highest-priority strategic engagements across North America. Lead pricing and commercial structuring for capacity, consumption, hybrid AI, and multi-product deals, while maintaining concession discipline and margin thresholds. Partner with legal, pricing, deal desk, revenue accounting, and cross-functional teams to orchestrate deal execution, advise account leadership with CFO/COO/CIO/CPO stakeholders, and communicate executive-ready recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

•Build the deal-by-deal internal economic frame and commercial recommendation for qualifying strategic engagements.
•Lead pricing and commercial structuring across capacity, consumption, hybrid AI, and multi-product deal structures in acquisition and expansion contexts.
•Track concessions against tiered margin-dilution thresholds and escalate structural concessions as needed, gating signature readiness.
•Coordinate cross-functional execution with revenue accounting, legal, pricing, and ELT to support deal process and controls.
•Coach field teams and engage directly with senior customer stakeholders to present commercial structure, pricing, and economics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 173,000 - 226,800 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in strategic finance, deal desk, pricing, commercial operations, sales finance, investment banking, or equivalent roles, with a track record structuring complex commercial deals.
•Demonstrated experience structuring large enterprise deals across net-new acquisitions and installed-base expansions (multi-year capacity, consumption commitments, hybrid commercial structures, multi-product agreements), including deals > $75M TCV.
•High agency and standalone execution to run a deal end-to-end with minimal management overhead.
•Exceptional commercial judgment to evaluate tradeoffs across win probability, TCV, margin discipline, and competitive context and deliver decision-ready recommendations.
•Strong financial modeling skills to build deal economic models, scenarios/sensitivities, and concession ledgers that link structure to outcomes.
