Key Responsibilities

  • •Check and review purchase order requests
  • •Monitor receipt and control of Daily Purchase Receipt/Production Receipt of material
  • •Review and maintain records receipt on file until invoice is received
  • •Organize timely movement of material within unit to ensure smooth operations
  • •Implement targets of logistics costs and develop optimum logistics model
  • •Coordinate with planning and packing to maintain proper accounting of recycled bottles and packing material
  • •Follow-up with suppliers/transporters for orders and deliveries
  • •Prepare timely and accurate reports on resource availability
  • •Report current expenditure and utilization of resources
  • •Assist Manager in daily & monthly MIS preparation
  • •Prepare updated database on vendor, pricing, and manufacturer information

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of hands-on experience in blending processes
  • •Understanding of food safety and quality assurance standards
  • •M.Tech / M.Sc / BSc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Alcohol Technology, or Chemistry
  • •Strong organizational and data management skills (MIS, vendor databases)
  • •Ability to coordinate across planning, packing and logistics to maintain material flow and cost targets
