Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary driver for supply chain readiness, total cost management, and BOM resiliency for assigned hardware product portfolio.
  • •Own total cost and margin management, cost reduction programs, and risk mitigation across the product lifecycle.
  • •Validate BOM integrity and forward costing to articulate main cost drivers.
  • •Support standard and gross margin management through value engineering, commodity analysis, and BOM optimization.
  • •Lead ramp plans to ensure continuity of material supply and delivery between prototype and early production phases.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Engineering degree and 5–7+ years of professional experience in supply chain and cost management (or equivalent).
  • •Proven expertise in cost avoidance, cost reduction, and value engineering.
  • •Deep expertise in understanding, analyzing, and managing Bills of Material (BOM) and costing structures.
  • •Strong root cause analysis and complex problem-solving in a technical environment.
  • •Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams in a global environment.
