Key Responsibilities

  • •Build consumer-facing and enterprise-grade software for the AI interview experience and hiring data platform
  • •Reduce interviewer response latency (target: 200ms)
  • •Improve AI model performance to decrease hallucinations and support passing the Turing test
  • •Design and evolve system architecture as usage scales to thousands more concurrent users
  • •Integrate with customers’ internal hiring systems and present interview results visually and quickly
