Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team of supervisors, crew chiefs, aircraft maintenance technicians, and administrative team members.
  • •Manage daily production requirements through subordinates and ensure procedures are followed for efficiency, compliance, and safety.
  • •Provide strategic direction and coordinate with Maintenance Training to enhance staff skills and leadership development.
  • •Monitor maintenance manpower coordination overtime and ensure consistency with program scheduling and priorities.
  • •Manage hangar-wide maintenance flow, including scheduled maintenance, modifications, and drop-ins by shift, and execute manpower deployment and shift production requirements.

  • •3 years of Aircraft Maintenance Operations or compliance-equivalent experience.
  • •Knowledge of audit requirements and labor reporting/crew utilization.
