Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-quality customer experiences in mobile and fixed retail environments, educating customers and guiding demo rides.
  • •Support local sales goals by converting interest into qualified leads and sales.
  • •Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of mobile demos and local activation events, including driving the custom EV van to and from events.
  • •Safely operate and maintain the local demo fleet to keep vehicles and bikes clean, charged, and customer-ready.
  • •Track inventory, handle basic reporting and asset care, follow safety/compliance processes, and act in a supervisory capacity when the Market Manager is not onsite.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of experience in retail, events, sales, hospitality, brand ambassador, or other customer-facing roles.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to tell a compelling story and sell products/services.
  • •Ability to work in a dynamic, field-based environment, including weekends and events, and handle rigorous sales goals.
  • •Comfort riding a bike and engaging with the local community in the Los Angeles area.
  • •Be an authorized driver: at least 21, valid U.S. driver’s license, 3+ years licensed driving experience, and able to complete background screening and motor vehicle review.
