Job Summary

Senior Consultant in Turner & Townsend’s Controls & Performance Advisory, focusing on strategies, setup and optimization of PMO, controls and performance functions across large infrastructure programmes UK and internationally. Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to the assessment of each client environment and support delivering a fit-for-purpose solution to achieve desired benefits and outcomes
•Support development, implementation and optimisation of PMO and controls & performance strategies, functional set-up and optimisation
•Support the definition and write-up of reports to support findings and recommendations across client engagements
•Support delivery of workshops in virtual and face-to-face settings with Sr. (C-suite) client representatives
•Work within diverse, multi-disciplinary teams at client sites and virtually, deploying methodologies and continuously improving processes

Key Requirements

•Graduate calibre with relevant industry experience (Master’s degree or equivalent experience desirable)
•Experience of working on major capital projects/programmes covering PMO/controls & performance in Infrastructure (Defence, Nuclear, Rail, Airport, Highways, Utilities) or similar
•Familiarity with supporting capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery businesses, PMO, controls & performance or a specific function
•Familiarity with developing controls & performance integrated processes and digital solutions used to create a ‘one version of the truth’ and enable client leadership to make informed decisions
•Experience with writing/presenting reports and engaging with C-suite level, executive client teams
