Key Requirements

  • •HS plus 10 years of relevant experience in construction practices, procedures, and testing, including three years of quality control management of DoD construction projects.
  • •US citizenship is required for the project.
  • •Must pass state and federal criminal history/security background checks and a pre-employment drug screen.
  • •Up to 50% of the time, be able to move about indoor and outdoor construction site environments with uneven terrain and variable conditions.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction QA/QC processes (three phases) and experience conducting inspections, witnessing tests, and interpreting third-party test results, including familiarity with contract documentation and QA/QC software (e.g., Procore or RMS).
