Relationship Banker/Senior Relationship Banker - Colleyville

Provide in-person and phone client service while developing and expanding new and existing client relationships. Use consultative conversations and referrals to recommend financial solutions across deposit, credit, and convenience products. Support team sales efforts by meeting service and branch sales targets, advise on consumer lending and take loan applications, and ensure compliance with internal controls and risk management. Cross-train to handle teller duties as needed.
