Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team to design, build, test, and deliver complete machine systems through final customer acceptance at the customer site.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams (project management, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, service, and safety) to track and control technical issues.
  • •Develop technical solutions, detailed proposals, and cost calculations for customized UT testing systems based on customer requirements to support the sales team.
  • •Perform design reviews across system, component, and sub-system levels in multiple domains under the BH review process.
  • •Support installation, assembly, commissioning, and training on-site to achieve final acceptance, and help solve detailed technical problems with system-level knowledge.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in an Engineering domain related to NDT, Mechanical, Automation, Material, or other relevant fields.
  • •Good knowledge of NDT domain theory and application, with system-level design experience.
  • •10+ years of hands-on experience designing and building automatic machinery and equipment in mechanical/automation/system engineer roles.
  • •Direct development and project experience in the NDT industry for large/customized UT testing systems (advantage).
  • •Be able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English and provide technical leadership across multi-domain teams.
