Job Summary

Join the AI Infra team to design and optimize scalable infrastructure for AI training, inference, and data processing. You’ll work with AI/ML researchers and engineers on containerized and service-oriented architectures (including Kubernetes), distributed training and orchestration systems, and performance/telemetry frameworks. The role also covers petabyte-scale ETL pipelines and research-to-production workflow orchestration, with mentorship to develop production-grade systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end design of scalable, reliable AI infrastructure for training and serving large ML workloads, including compute clusters, storage, and networking.
•Define and implement service-oriented, containerized architectures optimized for ML performance and security, using Kubernetes and related approaches.
•Profile and optimize the ML stack, including ML compiler behavior, GPU/TPU scheduling, NCCL/RDMA networking, and training/inference frameworks.
•Build and operate large-scale deployment and orchestration systems that auto-scale across multiple data centers with fault tolerance and cost efficiency.
•Architect ETL and data ingestion pipelines for petabyte-scale datasets and integrate experiment management and workflow orchestration tools.

Key Requirements

•Graduation date in 2026 with a PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
•Experience in infrastructure or systems engineering roles focused on ML/AI infrastructure.
•Strong programming skills in Python, C++, Go, or Rust for systems development and automation.
•Understanding of scalable, reliable AI infrastructure for training and serving ML workloads.
•Ability to clearly communicate and bridge research and production teams, with strong problem-solving aptitude.
