Key Requirements

  • •Legal Master’s degree in French Labour Law (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 4-6 years of experience, including strong French labour law experience across individual and collective employment relationships.
  • •Experience coordinating labour law matters across multiple jurisdictions, ideally including the US and UK.
  • •Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and related employment lifecycle documentation.
  • •Experience handling employee collective representation matters, including CSE and employee representative bodies.
