Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all aspects of masonry construction projects, including casting and finishing of precast elements.
  • •Manage and schedule masonry crews, coordinate daily attendance, and request overtime for the concerned area of operation.
  • •Ensure safety regulations and HSE requirements are followed, lead by example, and participate in safety walkthroughs and meetings.
  • •Maintain quality of workmanship and supervise site cleanliness, equipment, machinery, and adherence to production plans and drawings.
  • •Plan and budget projects, order materials and equipment, and resolve issues or delays in coordination with supervisors.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience as a mason foreman.
  • •Diploma in Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification or experience.
