Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Contribute to an enjoyable team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
  • •Assist in multiple store areas, including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness standards.
  • •Follow Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 11.44 - 13.17 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Be 16 years or older.
  • •Possess at least O Level or above.
  • •Have minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • •Be able to work rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
