Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end customer delivery: discovery, technical scoping, agent design, implementation, rollout support, and enablement for long-term support.
  • •Translate real-world customer problems and stakeholder needs into concrete technical solutions and define success metrics tied to adoption and business outcomes.
  • •Design and implement agentic workflows using Reltio’s Agent Flow platform, including multi-stage orchestration, human-in-the-loop interactions, and secure integrations.

  • •Use evaluation frameworks and monitoring dashboards to measure accuracy and reliability, develop regression tests and safety guardrails, and feed field learnings into roadmap priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years building and shipping production technology in customer-facing roles such as solutions engineering, consulting, or applied engineering.
  • •Strong programming and system design skills in Python and/or TypeScript/Java, with experience building APIs, microservices, and integrations.
  • •Experience deploying and operationalizing LLM- or agentic systems (prompting, orchestration, evaluation, guardrails).
  • •Experience with telemetry/observability tooling, logging, and production monitoring frameworks.
  • •Familiarity with responsible AI practices, including agent guardrails, bias evaluation, and enterprise data governance (GDPR, HIPAA).
