Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and manage a small team of production planners to meet delivery, inventory, and cost targets.
  • •Run regular cross-functional order fulfillment meetings to mitigate supply gaps and meet customer request dates.
  • •Create and review master schedules, comparing released and firm planned orders to the production plan to ensure adherence.
  • •Monitor and adjust MPS planning loads within the planning time fence, minimizing disruption to scheduled execution.
  • •Maintain scheduling parameters and master data integrity (lead times, lot sizes, safety stocks, delivery times, and BOMs), and support NPI and Engineering Change Orders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, SCM, or Engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (or 3 years with an advanced degree).
  • •Experience with work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and process execution.
  • •Specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices.
  • •For engineering/technical roles, degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience.
