Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule, organize, and track material flows between the Constellium plant and converters in collaboration with other supply chain functions using SAP and IT tools.
  • •Insure timely processing and shipment at converters at required quality levels and per customer order specifications and amounts.
  • •Reconcile Constellium product inventories vs. converter in- and outflows (with Finance) and participate in physical inventory counts as needed.
  • •Respond to order status inquiries, manage sales-issued expedite requests, and handle material damage and quality claims with customers and converters.
  • •Function as SAP superuser for the converter process: update/manage SAP tables, monitor/clear exception reports, troubleshoot and resolve SAP issues, and contribute to process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or Data Analytics.
  • •3-5 years of relevant industrial experience (supplier management, procurement, operations, production planning, data analytics, continuous improvement, or technical sales).
  • •Proven ability to collaborate successfully in a team environment.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries and levels.
  • •Preferred: experience with SAP S/4HANA (Production Planning, Transportation Management, or Finance/Controlling modules) and supplier/subcontractor management; preferred metal industry experience.
