Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate machines to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • •Document set-up sheets and production logs and resolve production problems by altering processes to meet specifications.
  • •Maintain equipment operation through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting malfunctions; coordinate repairs.
  • •Monitor and improve run conditions to ensure production efficiency and continuity of machine runs via material handling.
  • •Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, identifying hazards, and using required PPE.

Key Requirements

  • •Maintain specifications by observing operations or responding to job assist requests and making necessary adjustments.
  • •Complete preventive maintenance requirements, troubleshoot malfunctions, and call for repairs as needed.
  • •Ability to set up three of eight machine groups properly and efficiently while training on the remainder.
  • •Strong mechanical/technical aptitude with good math skills; ability to comprehend and document SPC and ISO basics.
