•Lead end-to-end production support for Azure-based data platforms, ensuring high availability and reliability.
•Manage incident, problem, and change management processes aligned with ITIL practices.
•Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
•Oversee data pipelines/workflows (ADF, ADLS, Synapse, Databricks) and ensure optimal Databricks/Spark performance.
•Serve as primary client point of contact and drive governance forums (WOR/MOR), status updates, and escalations while improving automation/observability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 185,000 annually

•Strong experience in the Azure Data Engineering ecosystem (ADF, ADLS, Synapse, Azure SQL).
•Hands-on expertise in Databricks (PySpark, Spark optimization) and advanced SQL for troubleshooting.
•Experience managing data pipeline orchestration/workflows and monitoring tools/frameworks (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).
•Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) and production environment issue resolution.
•3+ years in a leadership or managerial role, with 10+ years total experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
