Workplace Specialist - Tokyo

Support Wise’s workplace operations in Tokyo by ensuring physical spaces and processes run smoothly, acting as a liaison between employees and the Workplace team, and improving workplace experience through feedback and surveys. Manage key compliance activities under Japan’s ISHA, lead the statutory Health and Safety Committee monthly, oversee health exams and stress checks, and coordinate with an occupational physician. Also assist workplace leads and project managers on ad-hoc initiatives within budget constraints.
