Manager Procurement - Capital

Lead end-to-end sourcing for capital projects, including supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and ongoing supplier management. Partner with engineering, project management, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver best total value across cost, schedule, quality, and service. Ensure procurement governance and controls are followed, run RFI/RFP processes and commercial/technical analysis, and manage supplier performance through KPIs to support successful project delivery.
