Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and analyze project schedules for a portfolio using Primavera P6 and Tableau.
  • •Review engineering/procurement/construction schedule logic and oversee schedules using critical path method.
  • •Produce look-ahead schedules (1, 3, and 6 months) from P6 and generate schedules from limited information through closeout.
  • •Collaborate with project managers, construction firms, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain schedule integrity and monitor schedule risks.
  • •Prepare and update monthly progress reports, including potential SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

Salary: USD 120,000 - 165,000

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of applicable experience supporting construction/capital project delivery.
  • •Experience building a complex master schedule.
  • •Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and construction contracting.
  • •Ability to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.
  • •Excellent communication skills.
