Financial Center Manager Associate- Beaufort Station

Lead a De Novo Financial Center by representing the bank in the local community, building relationships inside and outside the center, and driving business development with a minimum 3–5 hours/week outside focus. Coach and enable a team using a consultative sales and service model to deliver exceptional customer experience, grow consumer and small business relationships, and strengthen the financial center’s book of business. Maintain risk accountability and oversee daily sales, service, staffing, and One Bank partner collaboration.
