Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic partners.
•Identify and secure strategic partnerships that align with Symetra’s goals and negotiate terms and agreements that build mutual value for Symetra and our strategic partners.
•Plan and execute on annual partner stewardship meetings and broker advisory board meetings.
•Organize and participate in national and regional meetings with designated strategic partners.
•Follow up on key deliverables and track results to build strong ROI for sponsored events.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 120,000 annually

•Excellent verbal presentation and interpersonal skills.
