Manage the full accounts receivable cycle for a shuttle transportation company, ensuring accurate financial records and timely processing. Key Responsibilities

•Process, verify, and post receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
•Generate and dispatch customer invoices and monthly statements.
•Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and irregularities, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
•Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger and ensure payments are properly posted.
•Investigate billing discrepancies or customer queries and maintain organised AR files and records; prepare AR status reports and assist with general financial management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 28 - 29 hourly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar accounting role.
•Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, credit practices, and collection procedures.
•High proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and experience with accounting software.
•Exceptional numerical skills with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
•Strong communication, organisational/time-management skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
