Key Requirements

  • •Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical design consultancy, including Metro/LRT/MRT, rail/road tunnels, data centers, hospitals/healthcare, or residential/commercial building projects.
  • •Registered with the Board of Engineers (BEM), with Professional Engineer and Practice Certification preferred (not mandatory).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, including understanding of sustainable mechanical design practices.
  • •Proficiency working with BIM at Levels of Development (LODs) 200–400 and familiarity with local/international building codes and design submission procedures.
