Job Summary

Own the client data feed onboarding process for new Addepar clients by communicating onboarding workflows over calls and email, guiding authorisation and account eligibility (including LOA forms), and provisioning accounts to the correct Addepar environments. Partner with data providers to triage onboarding requests and collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, Product, and Engineering to improve onboarding UX and increase operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage data feed onboarding for new clients, including communicating onboarding workflow over calls and emails.
•Guide clients on account eligibility and authorisation requirements (e.g., LOA forms) for existing and new portfolio data feeds.
•Provision received accounts to appropriate Addepar environments and complete custodian-specific setup and feed connectivity workflows.
•Work with data providers to triage and resolve account onboarding requests and issues within SLAs.
•Partner with internal teams (Sales, Solutions Architects, Product, Engineering) to improve onboarding UX and operational workflow efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PLN 140,000 - 168,000

Key Requirements

•A few years of experience in client-facing roles specializing in Client Onboarding and Success in the FinTech and financial advisory sector.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
•Verbal and written fluency in English; fluency in French, German and/or Italian is a plus.
•Strong technical aptitude with interest in using emerging AI-driven tools to optimize workflow efficiency.
•Familiarity with Salesforce, Databricks, Jira, Google Suite, and CRM applications is preferable.
