Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a small team of language leads, linguistic specialists, or reviewers to keep timelines, quality standards, and content consistency on track.
  • •Coordinate daily language production across text, UI, VO scripts, and marketing copy with localization producers and content teams.
  • •Support issue resolution and escalation related to terminology, tone, style, and cultural appropriateness with senior CLOC leadership on complex topics.
  • •Track delivery progress, bug triage loops, and localization review milestones with clear documentation and prioritization.
  • •Provide performance input and mentorship for direct reports, supporting training, onboarding, and development conversations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in content localization or linguistics, ideally in games, media, or entertainment.
  • •Strong understanding of language quality principles, including tone-of-voice, transcreation, and cultural nuance.
  • •Familiarity with localization tools such as CAT platforms, terminology management systems, Jira, Confluence, and CMS tools.
  • •Proven ability to manage schedules, track tasks, and support language execution across multiple workstreams.
  • •Prior experience mentoring or guiding peers, or managing small teams.
