Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform professional duties as an Obstetrician/Gynecologist.
  • •Provide surgical care and manage gynecologic and obstetric cases for emergency and planned procedures in the operating room and OPD.
  • •Cover delivery room responsibilities including admitting patients, reviewing history, planning care, performing spontaneous and operative deliveries, and coordinating with midwives.
  • •Provide emergency service consultation coverage and outpatient clinic care when assigned by the head of department.
  • •Do and interpret ultrasound examinations; interpret fetal heart rate monitoring and take appropriate action, while adhering to quality assurance and infection control/OSH policies.

Key Requirements

  • •3 years residency in OBG culminating in procuring a Post-Graduate qualification.
  • •Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualification as Specialist/Consultant level approved and recognized by DOH.
  • •5 or more years of exclusive practice in OBG since certification.
  • •Provide Obstetric and Gynecologic healthcare on both inpatient and outpatient basis as designated.
  • •Comply with OSH, infection control, patient safety, and waste management policies and procedures.
