Key Responsibilities

  • •Work under direct supervision from the Production Supervisor to record and analyze data and write reports across office, field, and laboratory settings.
  • •Support field activities by assisting geologists and engineers with measurement instruments, gathering and analyzing well and production data, and contributing to well optimization and failure analysis.
  • •Produce office reporting including KPIs for production and well activity, weekly production and up/down reports, weekly activity reporting, and flowback reports.
  • •Perform laboratory work by collecting samples, conducting scientific tests, recording results (temperatures, pressures, flow rates, watercut), and comparing actual productivity to estimates.
  • •Provide technical support services for production equipment and facilities, monitor production deviations, implement corrective measures, and track/optimize production rates and operational best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (undergraduate degree preferred).
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in production operations, including oil & gas operations.
  • •Strong computer skills with Microsoft software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • •Preferred experience: minimum 10 years relevant experience in an operations environment within the oil & gas industry.
  • •Able to plan, coordinate, and execute process design, development, validation, and documentation in line with company procedures.
