Build trusted relationships with consumer and business clients through proactive outreach and follow-up via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Assess customer banking needs, gather and process account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products as well as digital and self-service tools. Provide an optimal client experience, process basic transactions, open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while partnering with branch teams to deliver operational excellence.
